Refund policy

We have to be honest, we love our pecans and pecan products, so we can't imagine that anyone will actually read this.  That being said, pecans are a natural product and nature can do weird things, so we apologize if you are here.  

Please note, although we do our best, pecans and products containing pecans may include shells.  This is natural and we are not responsible for damages and/or incidental costs related thereto.   

Sales for products containing pecans or pecan byproducts are final because of the nature of the product.  But we want you to be satisfied.  If you have a problem with your order or have other feedback, please contact us.  

Any product not containing pecans or pecan byproducts may be returned for a full refund within 30 days if unopened and unused. If you are not satisfied with any product not containing pecans or pecan byproducts please contact us.
