We are a tree nut allergy home (cashew & pistachio) and have not had any tree nuts in about 8 years. I heard about this pecan only farm & processing and had to order right away. They are so creamy and flavorful! Our children love them. I thought I was "stocking up" with my first order, but we have already eaten through most of them so I will be ordering again soon.

The packages arrived and I made Philadelphia Cream Cheese Chocolate Fudge with an extra scoop of pecan pieces. It was easy and really good, better after it has been refrigerated for a couple of days. Twin Springs Pecans have never failed me in any recipe I've used them in. Having lived in the South, I can say that TSP are far better in taste than the southern pecans are.
