This recipe was tested by our friend Ami F. A great yet simple twist to fresh green beans. For a little extra spice, substitute our Roasted Cajun Spice Pecans. Salted butter or olive oil also substitute fine. If you do add salt, we prefer sea salt or Himalaya salt.
